Who helped you pursue your education and realize your dream?
Certainly teachers, counselors, community and religious leaders helped provide tools and
motivation to follow a difficult, but rewarding, path.
But, who made sure you had a healthy meal in your stomach in the morning,
expected A's on the report card, and maybe even took an extra side job so you
could go to college instead of helping to support the family?
For most,
it was our beloved parents. Others could count upon grandparents, a brother, a sister, an aunt
or uncle, or even Padrinos to provide that support and cariño.
What if your contributors waited, or never found the time? Would you have
been able to more forward toward your own dreams? Who is waiting for you to stop
and decide to do the same for THEM?
