INCORPORATION:
The Inland Empire Scholarship Fund was incorporated on September 15, 1998, and organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Law for charitable purposes. It is operated exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code.
